What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 2-4 days of order confirmation & further 6-10 days required to deliver the product at your doorstep. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your order if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

No, shipments are free of charge. When you give a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, we will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not & let you know extra charges if any.

How do I track my order?

The best way to check your order status is to track the courier website by Tracking no. provided by us after the dispatch of Item. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

For all products that involve assembly, we provide assembly instructions. You must register for warranty on our website within 30 days after the delivery of the product. Or else warranty will not be applicable to your order. 

What if I receive a damaged product?

We do our best while packing the goods that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product please send some images of the damaged part & send to us at care@superergo.in within 72 hours of receiving the product . Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

What if my product is showing delivered however I have not received?

Kindly check with your neighbours/security guard/other people in the house if they have received the delivery. In case they haven’t, please report the complaint at our email care@superergo.in. Our team will investigate the issue and get back to you within 2 business days. We will register your query and escalate it to our courier team. As per the courier timeline, investigation will take 7-14 business days, and our experts will update the status upon receiving the details from the courier team. 

Note: We will not be able to accept the complaint received after 48 hours of delivery marked as per the courier policy
