In case the order has not been processed/ shipped, a cancellation request can be raised by dropping a mail at care@superergo.in. We will issue a refund for the entire amount, deducting only platform and payment gateway fees, to the original payment source. Once processed, the order becomes non-cancellable and no requests can be entertained.

We ensure that the chairs are packed well and shipped shapely to our customers but in rare cases, should the chair arrive damaged, we will promptly replace the affected component or the entire chair. Please contact us at care@superergo.in within 72 hours of delivery with adequate images and videos of the damaged goods. Kindly note that we are unable to address manufacturing defects reported after the specified timeframe.

If you don’t think the chair(s) is a good fit for you, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Please read the detail policy here.

Our SE chairs are supported by a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery. Customers need to register for the warranty on the SuperErgo website within 30 days of order delivery. SuperErgo will assess warranty claims for any of the following damages within the designated period on

• Mechanism
• Gas lift which allows the chair height adjustment
• Base providing chair stability and support
• Wheels enabling chair mobility
